Product of the week: Macadamia Natural Oil

by

Macadamia Natural Oil has recently landed at Hairtrade Central and it’s already a firm favourite of ours. Using two of the most natural and luxurious oils – Macadamia and Argan – it’s perfect for nourishing, conditioning and smoothing your hair.

The range consists of treatments, masques, shampoos and conditioners, sprays and leave-in creams, each containing the exclusive blend of Macadamia and Argan Oil to rejuvenate even the most damaged hair.

The Macadamia Rejuvenating Shampoo is a sulphate-free, paraben-free and colour-safe shampoo for all hair types but is particularly beneficial to those with dry or damaged hair. It gently cleanses while weightlessly replenishing moisture. Follow with the Macadamia Moisturising Rinse to gently moisturise and detangle your hair.

Using the shampoo and conditioner alongside the Macadamia Healing Oil Treatment itself is ideal to get your nourished and smoother. This healing oil provides intense nourishment and a long lasting, tangle-free, frizz-free finish! It doesn’t give you that greasy feel that some oils can give as it provides instant absorption. You only need to apply a small amount to damp or dry hair so a bottle will last a long time!

The range also contains Macadamia Healing Oil Spray which is a lighter healing oil alternative – ideal for finer hair. It’s a fine mist that again instantly absorbs into hair and infuses moisture, control and shine.

For the most damaged hair, I must recommend the Macadamia Deep Repair Masque – this acts as a revitalizing hair reconstructor. It includes a combination of macadamia oil and argan oil along with tea tree oil, chamomile oil, aloe and algae extracts to rejuvenate and rebuild the hair.

Finally, the Macadamia Leave-In Cream is one of my favourite products to use when my hair really needs a ‘pick me up’. It is a leave in conditioning texture cream infused with nourishing oils to tame the hair whilst making it super-soft and shiny.

Have any of you tried the Macadamia Natural Oil products or any other oil treatments?
