How to enable cookies on your PC
For Internet Explorer 6.0
  1. Click on ’Tools’ at the top of your browser window
  2. Select ’Internet options’
  3. Then click on the ’Privacy’ tab.
  4. Ensure that your Privacy level is set to Medium or below, which will enable cookies in your browser. Settings above Medium will disable cookies
  5. Click ’Apply’ then ’OK’
For Internet Explorer 5.0
  1. Click on ’Tools’ at the top of your browser window
  2. Select ’Internet options’
  3. Then click on the ’Security’ tab.
  4. The default selection, ’Medium’, supports cookies but you can click on the ’Custom Level’ button to check. Scroll down until you see the word ’Cookies’ and verify that the button next to ’Enable’ is selected in both options.
  5. Click ’Apply’ then ’OK’
For Internet Explorer 4.0
  1. Click on ’View’ at the top of your browser window
  2. Select ’Internet options’
  3. Then click on the ’Advanced’ tab.
  4. Scroll down until you see the word ’Cookies’ and verify that the button next to ’Always accept cookies’ is selected.
  5. Click ’Apply’ then ’OK’
For Netscape Communicator 7.0
  1. Click on ’View’ at the top of your browser window
  2. Select ’Internet options’
  3. Then click on the ’Advanced’ tab.
  4. Scroll down until you see the word ’Cookies’ and verify that the button next to ’Always accept cookies’ is selected.
  5. Click ’Apply’ then ’OK’
For Netscape Communicator 4.0
  1. Click on ’Edit’ at the top of your browser window
  2. Select the ’Preferences’ option.
  3. Then click on ’Advanced’
  4. Select the radial button next to ’Accept all cookies’ and click ’OK’.
  5. Click ’Apply’ then ’OK’
For Netscape Navigator 3.0
  1. Click on ’Edit’ at the top of your browser window
  2. Select the ’Network Preferences’ option.
  3. Click on the `Protocols` tab and ensure that the box next to `Accepting a Cookie` is unchecked.
  4. Click ’OK’

How to check cookies are enabled for Macs
For Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 on OSX
  1. Click on ’Explorer’ at the top of your browser window
  2. Select the ’Preferences’ option.
  3. Scroll down until you see ’Cookies’ under Receiving Files.
  4. Select the ’Never Ask’ option.
  5. Click ’Apply’ then ’OK’
For Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0
  1. Click on ’Explorer’ at the top of your browser window
  2. Select the ’Preferences’ option.
  3. Select the ’Never Ask’ option.
  4. Click ’Apply’ then ’OK’
For Safari on OSX
  1. Click on ’Safari’ at the top of your browser window
  2. Select the ’Preferences’ option.
  3. Select ’Only from site you navigate to’ and then click ’OK’.
For Mozilla and Netscape on OSX
  1. Click on ’Mozilla’ or ’Netscape’ at the top of your browser window
  2. Select the ’Preferences’ option.
  3. Scroll down until you see cookies under ’Privacy & Security’
  4. Select ’Enable cookies for the originating web site only’ and then click ’OK’.

All other browsers
