So last week saw the 2013 BRIT Awards which brought a host of celebs down the red carpet once again and we had our eye on the favourite beauty looks as picked by the stars!

We found one key trend popping up a lot – a brown smokey eye and nude lip – we love!

Our favourite has to be Taylor Swift who was looking her usual amazing self, and not forgetting Jessie J who added a touch of glamour to her look along with quirky Little Mix.

To create the brown smoky eye, Daniel Sandler has the PERFECT collection:

Use Daniel Sandler Matte Eyeshadow in Cedar across the whole lid, and the dark brown matte eyeshadow in the crease to create the smoky look.

The key to this look is then to add black eyeliner to the upper lid using Daniel Sandler Velvet Eyeliner – the creamy formula is perfect for smudging a little too so you don’t have a harsh line. For the cheeks, blush i kept very natural so that the eyes are the focus. Use Daniel Sandler Watercolour Blush in Flush and dot a tiny bit on the apples of your cheeks and blend with either your fingers or a brush up towards the temples. Less is more with this look so just a subtle hint of colour is needed!
